You Are The Creator Of Your Own Reality
You know you’re more than your physical body. You know deep down that you are a vibrational being and that you create your life with the Law of Attraction. But somehow, you don’t seem to be able to create the life you dream about.
What are you doing wrong? What is missing?
The Law of Attraction is always working, whether you believe it or not. It is not something that works only if and when you believe it. Understand the Law of Attraction and the science behind it to harness the full power of the universe so that it works for you and not against you.
You'll achieve your wealth, health, relationships, and other personal goals. Your life will all of a sudden get super exciting - you'll find it hard to sleep as you'll be so excited about all your tomorrows!
If you are unhappy because your life is not going the way you think it should be, then you need to take a closer look at what you think. Everything that you see and experience in the world around you was first a thought. Your life experience is a summation of your thoughts because your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.
To bring about change in your life, you really need to change your mind.
What Does It Mean to Change Your Mind?
The first step is to first decide whether you believe in the Law of Attraction. Find out all you can and get to understand it. The Law of Attraction works on your belief system. You attract what you truly believe, so it follows that if you don’t really believe in the Law of Attraction, then it won’t work for you the way you want it to. So make up your mind on this.
Assuming you are a believer, the next step is to decide what you want and then focus on that and not on all the unwanted things, situations and people that are currently present. The trick here is to picture what you want in your mind as if you already have it and not on the lack of it. Pay attention to how the thought of what you want makes you feel.
If you are wanting a new house, see yourself there. Look around. How do you feel? When you do this exercise you should feel joyful and excited. If you can achieve this feeling, hold onto it because it is that feeling that is energised through emotion which becomes your vibration on the subject.
When doing this exercise if you feel frustrated and hopeless, then the message you are sending out to the universe with regard to manifesting a new home is the same, frustrated and hopeless. If this is the case, you will not be able to manifest your dream home with the Law of Attraction as your beliefs are not in line with your desires.
So again you need to change your mind as the belief that is holding you back is a result of previous thoughts on the subject. You either need to work on changing the belief or change what it is you want to manifest. Choose something that you are not resistant to. Start small and when you feel you’re ready after you have experienced smaller manifestations, referencing how you felt when you were successful, try again.
You have to train your mind to think happy and positive thoughts. Don’t sweat the small stuff. By giving focus to the small stuff you are literally turning it into big stuff which will keep you from being in the receiving mode. Moaning about petty things just keeps them active. Rather activate what you really want by thinking about that instead.
The Law of Attraction does not respond to the words don’t want. When you think about something you don’t want, for example, a lack of money, your focus is on the lack of money and that is what you are then creating. So train your mind to always think in the positive.
Energy flows where attention goes – so be mindful!
How You Create with the Law of Attraction
I have an enquiring mind and most of what is written about the Law of Attraction focuses on creating your reality with your thoughts. This is one half of the coin. The other half is how the reality actually comes into existence.
This is quite a complicated subject to explore and I must confess, whilst researching consciousness and matter, many of the scientific terms went over my head. As I am not trying to write a scientific paper here, but only show that there is a foundation for matter to be created from our thoughts, I am explaining what I understand in very simple terms.
Have you heard of Panpsychism?
Panpsychism is the idea that everything in the universe has some consciousness or that consciousness is a fundamental part of matter. You cannot create a substance from nothing, you need to already have it in some form in advance (could this be imagination?), and since we have mental/immaterial substances in physical systems like brains we need to have them also in the building blocks.
Philip Goff, an associate professor in philosophy at the Central European University in Budapest, states that objects like electrons and tables have an inner life, feelings, sensations, and experiences. He explains it is one thing to know the behaviour of an electron and quite another to know its intrinsic nature: how the electron is, in and of itself. Physical science gives us rich information about the behaviour of matter but leaves us completely in the dark about its intrinsic nature. He also states that “Panpsychism is crazy, but it’s also most probably true.”
If, according to panpsychism, things such as electrons and quarks have very basic kinds of experience and an electron has an inner life, this to me is a reasonable explanation as to how the law of attraction actually works.
Consciousness is energy. Our thoughts are energy with a specific vibration depending upon the actual thought. This is sent out to the universe.
Scientists have proved by quantum mechanics that waves turn to particles when they are observed. What if our thought is the source of the observation? Our observation would then create particles which are the building blocks of all matter.
Using the Law of Attraction we attract what we think about, it follows that matter, and our reality, will be created matching the vibration of our thought.
Hedda Hassel Mørch, a Norwegian philosopher and postdoctoral researcher hosted by the Center for Mind, Brain, and Consciousness at NYU states writes “the possibility that consciousness is the real concrete stuff of reality, the fundamental hardware that implements the software of our physical theories, is a radical idea. It completely inverts our ordinary picture of reality in a way that can be difficult to fully grasp. But it may solve two of the hardest problems in science and philosophy at once".
There is still so much we don’t understand and scientists and philosophers are yet to agree. Until that happens, it is up to each of us to make up our own minds on our beliefs and what really matters.
Let us remember what Einstein said: " Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research".
